XENOM System — The intelligent industrial optimization platform

We are building an Industrial AI Copilot on a foundation most platforms lack: objective, real-time ground truth about what is physically happening on site — where people are, what conditions they face, and how each shift actually unfolds.

We transform industrial operations from a reactive "black box" into a transparent, data-driven foundation that uncovers hidden losses and safety anomalies invisible to the human eye.

This is the transition from reactive firefighting to predictive, high-precision operations.

Operational Control in Action

Positioning That Makes a Zone a Fact

Indoor UWB and outdoor satellite RTK with automated, zero-touch handover. High-precision positioning turns raw coordinates into an active instrument for process optimization and zone control.

Fitness for Duty, Checked Without a Checkpoint

Screening runs quietly over routine radio communications. Workers speak naturally — no queues at the turnstile, no invasive tests, and nothing extra to do. The system flags probable indicators of alcohol impairment to highlight who warrants attention, while final decisions remain with human supervisors.

Continuous Safety, Not Post-Incident Audits

Restricted zone breaches and missing PPE are caught the instant they happen. The platform maintains an automated digital HSE audit log, registers impacts and falls immediately, tracks vital signs via smart wristbands, and supports modular multi-gas detection (O₂, H₂S, CO, combustible gases).

Context-Aware Workforce Communications

Integrated Push-to-Talk directly inside the helmet eliminates loose radios and phones. Channels switch dynamically based on worker role or zone, with voice navigation in the worker's native language and real-time live translation for multilingual crews.

Remote Expert Support Through the Worker's Eyes

Low-latency, first-person HD video streaming connects off-site engineers directly to the scene without travel delays. Resolve technical bottlenecks in minutes instead of days, keeping crews moving without waiting for on-site visits.

Time and Productivity: Measured, Not Estimated

Presence and dwell times across active work fronts, transit routes, and restricted areas are calculated continuously. The system automatically separates productive wrench time from waiting for cranes, materials, or permits — giving management verified records to resolve disputed hours instantly.

System Components

Smart Safety Helmet

The Edge Sensing Hub. Certified head protection with embedded NPUs, IMU sensors, RTK/UWB positioning, and an HD camera that gathers an objective operational trail with zero workflow disruption.

Management & Analytics Platform

The Operational Command Center. Delivers real-time 3D site visibility paired with deep productivity analytics to pinpoint operational bottlenecks impacting bottom-line profitability.

Industrial Mesh & Wi-Fi Architecture

Zero-Latency Infrastructure. Custom industrial network topology engineered to eliminate packet collisions and latency, ensuring rock-solid telemetry and high-bitrate video feeds in dense steel environments.

Connected Team Wearables

Worker Health & Audio Interface. Companion smart wristbands for vital signs and environmental alerts, paired with noise-canceling industrial audio for clear communication in extreme decibel environments.

Flexible Enterprise Deployment

Built for Challenging Environments. Full deployment flexibility across cloud or air-gapped on-premise servers, engineered to operate in remote, heavy-industry sites globally.

Certified Hardware Ecosystem

Industrial-Grade Compliance. Field-proven components meeting strict industrial safety standards (EN 397 certified), designed for rapid, friction-free integration into existing operational workflows.

UWB Beacon Infrastructure

The Positioning Layer. Battery-powered fixed beacons broadcast their own UWB packets and require no cabling, no timing network and no per-device calibration — deployment is radio planning, not construction work.

RTK Correction Source

Outdoor Precision Backbone. A local base station or an NTRIP stream supplies the differential corrections that turn satellite positioning into centimeter-class accuracy across open yards and pipe racks.

Modular Gas Detection

Atmospheric Safety, On Request. An external multi-gas unit pairs with the helmet to monitor O₂, H₂S, CO and combustible gases, feeding readings into the same live map and alert pipeline as every other signal.
